Expert Baker...

I am obsessed with You Tube videos of cake making and decorating. I also have a Strawberry Shortcake app on Mom's iPad that I will do cake making on. I love it and often give Mom random tips on baking and cooking. We are practicing for my birthday cake. I want an Elsa cake for my Frozen themed party. The photo is from our 2nd attempt - still a prototype. As I pointed out to Mom, the first one failed because she did not freeze it for 20 minutes before assembling and frosting. What can I say?!? I know my stuff! By the way, it was also delicious - half chocolate and half white.

And, yes, I still love Wonder Woman!
