Halloween 2011

Some photos of me during my second Halloween. I did not like the scary homes. Hence, my dazed look in the first photo. However, Dada offered lots of reassurance and as long as I had has hand, I was fine. If anyone asked me anything, my response was simple, "Treat?" Speaking of treats, I had no problems eating any of the treats Mom and Dad would allow.

Growing Up...This Week

I've recently hit several milestones all within a short amount of time.

This past Saturday Mom put my diapers into storage, except a few for nights just in case. It's been two weeks since a potty mishap. Thus, we will say, I am officially potty trained.

On Sunday I figured out how to climb out of my crib and also started cutting my 2 year molars.

Monday was my last taste of Mom's milk. On Tuesday I asked, "milk" but since Mom had to leave early we passed and I was fine. I have not asked since.

On Wednesday I had my first eye exam and everything checked out great. No glasses for me, except for some shades I had to wear the rest of the day since I had my eyes dilated. I did great during the exam, by the way.

Today Mom turned my car seat to forward facing. She was trying to keep me rear facing until I was a full 2 years old in accordance with the AAP guidelines. However, I reached the limit on my car seat for rear facing.

Yes, lots of milestones happening in a short amount of time.

I must be growing...

Pumpkin Patch 2011

We went to Mr. and Mrs. V's farm where Good Neighbors D & M planted pumpkins. We had just the best time.

Here are some photos of me from the day...

With our chosen pumpkins
Riding the gator tractor.
Chocolate cupcake dessert. Mmmm.
Climbing the fence.
Checking out the cool bug.
I especially liked the goofy mask that came in my goodie bag.
Thanks Good Neighbors D & M for all you did to make this day special.

Bones...

Mom found these jammies for me. They have a little bit of a Halloween theme to them but I think I'll still be wearing them as long as they fit. I love how the bones glow in the dark and I chuckle when mom points and names the bones.

Study Time...

Mom spends quite a lot of time studying these days. Sometimes I like to get in on the action.
