I was SO excited for kindergarten registration. I have adored Mrs. T, the teacher, since brother T first had him for kindergarten We've adopted her into our family and now regularly see her. Mom and Dad arranged for Nan to be with Brother and BB so it was just me for my special day.
Of course, I did want my best friend there, too, since we will likely be in class together. So, Ms. K and B met us there. The principal and school counselor greeted us at the door. I had my assessment which I scored perfectly and we toured the classrooms which I have been in the classroom dozens of times.
I insisted on a special outfit. This is actually a dress Mom made for my 2nd birthday. Amazing it still fits. Dad did my first school interview in the classic interview spot.
